Terms and Condition
- All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
- Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
- We recommend using UPS service for your return item(s) charged to the receiver. A flat Return Fee of HKD 240.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund. JO’s is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent with a different courier or a different return method.
If you use your own return method, the HKD 240.00 return fee will not be deducted from your refund.
- For Hong Kong orders, you can drop off in person or send the item(s) to our return address mentioned below. The HKD 240.00 return fee will not be deducted from your refund.
- Our address for all returns is 5/F, 17 Lan Fong Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong and we request that you contact us at email@example.com in relation to all returns.
Exchange & Returns Policy
- Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it to us and exchange another style of equivalent value. The shipping cost for returning the item to JO’s will be responsible by the customer in this case. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which replacement style you would like (subject to availability) before send your purchased item back.
- There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside of Hong Kong you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
- Items should be returned new, unused, and with all JO’s Ready to Wear tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, with JO’s tags detached, or the garment(s) altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges of items on promotion on JO’s web store due to limited availability.
- Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of JO’s.
- Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items.
Return & Exchange Procedure
- Simply request a Returns Authorization (RA) number by simply filling out the online return form and specify the reason for the return. We will then send you your RA by email.
- Once you have received your RA number, simply send back your item(s).
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
